How Do I Book A Ride With Senior Transportation Connection?
Senior Transportation Connection (STC) provides crucial transportation services to adults 60 years of age or older who live in partner communities within Cuyahoga County. Click here for a list of partner communities and organizations.
Trips for registered clients can be scheduled up to three weeks ahead of time and with a minimum of three business days advance notice.
Older adults as well as their families, caregivers, support services and healthcare providers can contact STC to quickly learn how to register clients and book transportation and rides.
Contact STC's one stop Call Center and staff at (216) 265-1489 ☎ in Cleveland to learn how.
In cooperation with each partner community, STC will help verify the client's contact information, potential needs for mobility support and then approve them for STC's services and system.
Depending on the partner community clients can be registered and entered into the system in a matter of minutes or days. Once clients are registered in the system, trips are scheduled over the phone directly by our call center representatives.
When Booking A Trip, Call Center Representatives Will Confirm:
1) The DAY and DATE of the trip.
2) The DESTINATION ADDRESS and CONTACT INFORMATION, and
3) The TIMES of ARRIVAL and RETURN.
Because STC is a non-profit company with a unique private/public business model, services are provided at a low cost to riders. STC provides transportation and mobility support with a 15 year record of experience and a customer-centric reputation.
